Sermon Canvas is a sermon preparation tool for church workspaces. These terms are written in plain language. A version reviewed with counsel will replace them as the product moves out of beta.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period chosen at checkout until canceled. You can cancel any time with the Manage billing button in Settings, which opens your Stripe billing portal. After canceling, your church keeps access until the end of the period already paid for. Monthly plan credits reset with each billing period; purchased top-up credits do not expire. Free trials take no payment card and simply stop at their limits. If prices change, we will tell you by email before your church is charged a new amount.

Your content and your responsibility

Sermon content, uploads, and generated assets belong to the church workspace that created them. Upload only material your church has the right to use. Review generated sermon content, scripture formatting, creative assets, and presentation exports before using them publicly.

Acceptable use

Use the product for your church's ministry work. Do not attempt to access another church's workspace, probe or overload the service, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Service quality

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your church paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

When these terms change, we will update this page and its date, and tell you by email about material billing changes. Questions about these terms are welcome any time through the Help & support page inside the app.
