Sermon Canvas is currently in private beta. This starter privacy page explains the intended data posture and should be reviewed before broad public launch.

During beta, the app stores account details, church workspace details, uploaded sermon outputs, generated assets, billing/credit records, feedback, and basic app event records needed to operate and improve the service.

Sermon content belongs to the church workspace that created it. Access is scoped by authenticated church membership, and beta feedback is used to improve product reliability and onboarding.

This page is not a substitute for legal review. Before a wider launch, replace this starter language with reviewed privacy terms for the final product name, domain, vendors, and support process.
